Need help pls Reason 10

$Hello guys , i've just upgraded Reason 10 lite to Reason 10 ...
But as Reason 10 Lite woked without problem ..i can't even Open Reason 10... i try to lounch it and "Unknown exception " error occourred every time ... i can't even go to the username and password page...
On the Propellerheads site it seems all good ...autorization etc....
I tryed to uninstall and reinstall ...both the version with soundbanks or without ...but still the same error...

Can u help me?

i haven't found a solution on the site. I am sad ehehehe it is too funny to play with reason.....oh yes reason says also (in reason 10 lite to ) he can import default song because my music folder isn't correctly set up ....dunno what to do also in this case ...

They told me to uninstall the Asio drivers and see if Reason crashes ...i told them that it crashes anyway ...Then they never answer again....
