Reason 8- Save As?

There must be a way to save slight editing changes in a version without Reason copying all audio files every time?

I know there is a save and optimize but I can't seem to get a consensus on this-

Any thoughts would be great

Do you mean when saving to the same file name? If that's the case then using the "Save" option reason only saves the changes that are made such as editing etc. "Save As" kinda implies that you want to save a new copy (or version) with a different file name so it would perform a full copy of all files.

At least that's my take on it.
