I am in need of a new I/O Device for my studio my current one is not supported anymore and does not work in Win10 or Mojave. Just for the fun of it I went back and added up all the money I have spent on these devices over 22 years and came up with around $2500.
I am looking at an RME Fireface 802 and looking at how they support their devices and I see they just updated their Fireface 800 which came out in 2004 to the latest OS and drivers for all their stuff, that's 17 years of support at no extra cost. I guess you get what you pay for.
