spectrum eq

Anyone noticed the latency in the spectrum eq? Im getting as much as 500ms. In other words the snare hits shows the kick and visa versa.
Even if i change my buffer size to 64 samples nothing changes.

that wont have anything to do with youre soundcard drivers buffer, probably more with youre graphic's card and processor.
The spectrum analyzer takes quite a bit of load actually.
ive had numerous occasions when i was already maxing out cpu and could just playback the song. When popping up the s.a. reason froze, stopped playing and said my pc was "to slow to play song".

Whats youre machine's specs then?
