Got some monitors

Okay, got some skullcandy headphones at walmart. ( i have no idea the quality, but can always take them back) something else i didnt mention is that im mixing on reason 5, so i dont have the new mixer either. Hopefully this is better.

it is really bass heavy, actualy sound like you´ve boosted it?

Everything else sounds ok. But really, you owe it to your self to get a proper headphone or speaker set up..



Not having the ssl mixer shouldn't be an issue.

This is better indeed, but ye, the entire low ends sounds boosted. Probably cause your headphones lack a flat proper bass response wich will make you add more bass

It's time to invest in a good monitoring source. I use Sony MDR-V6 which have been around for over 30 years, they are proven to be a great monitoring Headphones second to none. You can get them new for under $100, they are built like a tank and will last you a life time. There are no Headphones out there that will give you a true low end monitoring source as these. Check them out on Ebay.

it is getting better, but i still doesnt neglect our previous views on decent monitors.
