Mystical Hip-Hop First track done in Reason

This is one of the 1st Tracks I've done in Reason..though this is about the 2nd revision..but still more work to do..would love to get some feedback..I'm a Super Conscious Hip-Hop artist, and I'm thinking about using this track as somewhat of an intro on an EP in the very near future. I only have the demo version of Reason, so I didn't get to spend a lot of time on this track, and only was able to have it exported and saved as an MP3 by a nearby studio that uses Reason. Thanks in advance..

As it is now, i think the sound sound a bit "straight out of the box", some further smart processing might get them to sound more up to date.
But, that's my opinion. Some folks do like that type of sound.

Besides that, i'd say keep it short if you want to use it as an intro. Like around 1 minute - 1 minute 30. It think it'll work well.

I Appreciate your response Osmose! I can agree it doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles on it's own, but in my opinion my voice which isn't present on this instrumental, adds another element that coincides well with the other sounds..I'm a product of the late 80's and 90's era's of Hip-Hop so I can see how this may come off a little dated in comparison to modern artist.
