Nudging audio back and forth?

I started a sequenced pattern on the 5th measure and I'd like to start everything on the fourth measure,.. so I figure moving a couple audio tracks a measure back would be the way. can't find any info in the manual about this??

Any help would be fantastic, still learning the basics, so talk slow.

so, can I move audio tracks to the left in the sequencer? if so, how?
